Your first reaction may be "they must be cutting corners" to offer the 10% Guarantee. There are several reasons why we can make this offer.

~ Manufacturing Process - The majority of our products are manufactured in our own facility, there is very little outsourcing, this lowers the cost to manufacture our products.

~ Eliminate the "Middle Man" - By purchasing directly through us, we don't have to pay expensive commisions to industry related professionals.

~ Greed is Not Good - Let's face it, we are all consumers and should respect the fact that we all share the desire to shop for a good bargain. In our opinion it's just good business to "Take Care" of our clients.

Sorry, your brother-in-law whose favorite hobby is building Home Theaters does not count.

Please contact us to review who we consider national Home Theater companies.

~ You must provide formal design documents illustrating the design that was quoted upon.

~ The guarantee only applies to our Platinum Level theaters..

~ Quote does not include price of Home Theater Seating.

~ We reserve the right to refuse the Guarantee for any extraordinary requests.
