In 2003 3-D Squared introduced the concept of using acoustic friendly prints on acoustic panels. Instantly we knew that Home Theater Design would never be the same. Now true pieces of art or photographs can become the center piece of any Home Theater interior.
Although difficult to verify, we believe that 3-D Squared has created more decorative acoustic panels, than any other company in the Home Theater industry.

In The Beginning...
In 1998 Glen Hoffman started creating renderings of Custom Home Theaters for one of the largest companies in the industry. Coincidentally, the company was located next door to a wide format printer who introduced him to this new printing technology.
He soon began creating digital art that could be printed on a canvas. It was quite apparent that this application could also be adapted for home theaters. However, it took several years of research to effectively find a solution that would produce a beautiful print on an acoustic friendly fabric.
Upon discovering a valid solution for acoustic prints, Glen combined my intimate knowledge of home theater design with his artistic talents to create his unique home theater decor.
